1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of the SightZen app, provided by Health3 AG, c/o startup space AG, Wiesenstrasse 10A, 8952 Schlieren, Switzerland (UID CHE-396.908.066). By using the app you accept them. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
2. Wellness, not medical care
SightZen is a wellness tool that reminds you to take screen breaks and offers guided resting routines. It does not diagnose, treat or prevent any disease or condition, does not change your eyesight or prescription, and is not a substitute for professional eye care. Stop any routine that causes discomfort. If you have persistent blurred or double vision, eye pain, headaches or other symptoms, see an optometrist or ophthalmologist.
3. SightZen Pro
Some features require SightZen Pro, available as a yearly subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase through the App Store. Prices are shown in the app before you buy. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; you can manage or cancel them in your App Store account settings. Free trials, where offered, convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends. Payments, refunds and cancellations are handled by Apple under its terms.
4. Reminders
Reminders depend on your iPhone's notification settings, Focus modes and system behaviour. We do our best to deliver them on time but cannot guarantee that every reminder arrives.
5. Acceptable use
You may use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. Do not copy, modify, reverse engineer or redistribute it, except where the law allows.
6. Liability
The app is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, Health3 AG is not liable for indirect or consequential damages or for damages caused by slight negligence. Liability for intent and gross negligence, and any liability that cannot be excluded by law, remain unaffected.
7. Changes and termination
We may update the app and these terms. If a change is material, we will show it in the app or on this page. You can stop using the app at any time by deleting it.
8. Law and venue
These terms are governed by Swiss law. Venue is Zurich, Switzerland, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
